Futtocks

A FUTTOCK is any curved piece of timber which is used in the construction of the ribs of a ship. In "TIDIDI", there are 314 "futtocks", which were cut out roughly from the marked up boards with a jigsaw, and then finished off using a bandsaw and belt sander. "TIDIDI" is the name of this project and will ultimately be the christened name of the yacht. If you read it backwards you will get the idea.
